How does the service work?
Simply schedule a pickup online or by phone. We’ll come to your door, collect your laundry, wash and fold it with care, and return it fresh and neatly packaged — all within 24–48 hours.
Delivery Times
We ensure quick turnaround times for laundry services. Your clean and folded garments will be promptly delivered to your doorstep within 24-48 hours from pick up.
Preparing for Pick Up
🧺 All items are to be placed in a 13 gallon garbage bag and bag may not be overstuffed. Any towels or bedding will need to be bagged separately. Securely tie and label with your name. Leae it outside or your designated pick up area by your designated time.
Missed Pick Up Policy
🚫 If we arrive for your scheduled laundry pickup and your items are not placed outside or ready for collection, your deposit will be forfeited. Please ensure your laundry is prepared at the agreed time to avoid any service interruptions or additional fees
What type of detergent do you use?
You have options! We typically use the most popular brands- Tide or Gain products along with dryer sheets. If for any reason you have allergies or need any special detergent, we ask that you provide your own.If you do not like bleach for your whites, please let us know!
Do I need to seperate my laundry?
No worries! We’ll sort your items by color and fabric type before washing. If you have special care instructions, just include a note in your bag.

Item Inventory & Liability Policy
🧺 All items are carefully inventoried at the time of pickup and before delivery to ensure accuracy. However, Laundry at Your Door is not responsible for minor missing items such as single socks, or for pre-existing stains, damage, or discoloration on garments. We handle every load with care, but some wear and tear may naturally occur with regular washing and drying.
