💳 Deposit & Payment Policy

At Laundry at Your Door, we value your time and trust. To ensure smooth scheduling and reliable service, we’ve established the following payment guidelines:

 

1. Deposit Requirement-

A non-refundable deposit of $25

is required at the time of booking to secure your pickup appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

 

2. Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, & Cash App.

 

3. Full payment is due upon delivery of your freshly cleaned items.

 

4. Refunds & Adjustments

Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors or service cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup.
